They put me in a room who was smelling so bad to cigarettes when I asked for a non smoking room, i complain with the front desk she told me I would get a refund but I didn’t get one so bad service
They put me in a room who was smelling so bad to cigarettes when I asked for a non smoking room, i complain with the front desk she told me I would get a refund but I didn’t get my money back, if you pay for a service I think at least the room smelling good is a part of what you paying also they offered me one night for free to stay that night there but my travel was just 1 day so I refuse fd told me I would get a refund but it didn’t go thru no either a email
