Exceptional staff remembered our check-in conversation and asked me about it when I left. Unexpected and welcome cleaning mid-stay. Needs anticipated. Simple layout but creative and modern -- love the barn doors. Quiet and comfortable.

Staff was very nice although I called twice for toilet paper. I kept in mind maybe it was busy downstairs but also felt ignored as I had to call second time.
I thought breakfast was included and free but had to pay extra. Wish it was more clear. Also the carpet was very bearded and snagged. Section should be replaced as my husband does flooring and we notice it really stands out. It pulled the over all look of place down a bit.

Bed was comfortable. Light fixtures worked well. Bathroom was clean. Staff were efficient. Building amenities are modern and felt spacious.
The 'Welcome' video that plays ad-nauseum on a loop is very annoying, particularly when you can then hear it through the walls from the adjacent unoccupied room all night. If not for the very comfortable bed this would have been a real nightmare.
