Everything was good only problem a lot of stairs we weren't aware there were going to be. Also first morning on our way out our door was taped off and the painters were painting the stairs and rail. They had no idea someone was in the unit. They untaped us once they turned off the machine and could hear us. No one had notified them there was someone in the unit. They were most helpful in helping us out as they had drop cloths everywhere that were slippery. We had ants on two morning in the kitchen area. Location is great all else was good

I liked the bbq grill and waking up to the deer in the morning. We enjoyed the quiet and calm setting.
I’d like to see some updated kitchen tools and pots, foil, Plastic wrap and ziplock bags like in some of the other units. Cleaning crew could do better especially during this covid pandemic !

Great location
Could not access property via electronic lock as per instructions
Called customer service who told us the code for the emergency box which then had no spare key.So they gave us an emergency code for the door lock which worked.
We had to make 3 calls in total to customer service.
Inside the property we found marks and stains on the stair carpet.
Some of the blinds had parts missing.
Bottom bathroom was in a poor state of repair.
There was no welcome pack or information pack about the accommadation and local attractions/facilities.
The shared pool and jacuzzi were not working and we really struggled to find it because of no information in accommodation.
I felt this property was over priced based on the accommadation but location was great.
