Comfortable bed and warm cozy room. I slept great!

The property was quiet and comfortable.

I had issues with hot water in shower. It didn’t always get hot. The bathroom could use a refresh. I was warm enough with heater but noticed there is a sign above fireplace that it’s out of order. Also, the heater unit had cool-aid or something spilled on it.

Excellent

This property is run proficiently with no interference. Check-in is easy and friendly through Messages. It is not luxury, but clean. the place I quiet and convenient.

The descriptions of the property are accurate, with no surprises. The surrounding setting is beautiful. The fresh sea breeze and clean ocean air make this place an incredibly salubrious place to live.

No breakfast. Location was convenient

Couldnt plug in more than 1 appliance at a time ( microwave & toaster for example). Cord would " pop" & appliances turn off. No sign advises customers of this.

No breakfast

AC unit sounded lik a plane taking off, very annoying! We lost half of the unit’s electricity twice, once while trying to get ready for a wedding! This had nothing to do with the storm.

Pleasant if not luxe stay in a funky, bohemian summer camp for adults

Pretty grounds, bustling with activity. Feels like an old school camp for adults, like from Dirty Dancing days.

The cabin was cute , if simple. Lots of cheap fixes, like a rug covering a giant hole in the floorboards of the front porch. Lots of ants in the kitchen. Zero privacy, as all the guests can stroll around the grounds next to your cottage and the tennis courts are right next to the cottages too. Pool was clean, lovely and refreshing.

Enjoyable but overpriced for the studio

Large windows. Comfortable beds Daily housekeeping

Kitchen almost unworkable - no surface for prepping food - nowhere do dry dishes. Toilet attached to kitchen. Table too small for 4 people to eat at.

We hated it. The Island Inn was disgusting. Never going there again!

The place was horrible. The sheets were damp and there were holes in the bathroom door.

The location is great! We enjoy the space and the pool.

There was a terrible musty smelled that permeated the whole unit. We stayed at the Island Inn last year and had a wonderful experience. The AC was blowing the musty smell around and all 4 of us started to feel tightness in our chests and developed a cough. I highly suspect mold in the unit.

It was a perfect place to stay. Relaxing and homey with a great vibe.

Relaxing vibe - especially enjoyed the fires & meeting new people at night.

Black out curtains would be nice because the lights right outside the door comes on automatically and is bright to sleep.

Great stay with my husband and 2 adult children- great location for both Oak Bluffs and Edgartown.

Pool was nice. We liked the adirondacks and fire pits around the property. The office staff was very friendly, and the room was clean with comfortable beds. We did not use the kitchen as only there for 1 night. AC was good. A nice location right off of the bike path.

Our door code did not work. Went to the office and was told I have to get a new email code. Once I got that email we were able to get in after a few attempts. My daughter had a another room and the initial code she was given worked even though they sent her a 2nd one. Not a big deal.

Awesome! Great location, family fun activities on site, and met my OCD standards of cleanliness.

Loved that the front desk personnel asked me to recite the door code first before showing my the card or giving me the key. It made me feel even more secure; especially since I was visiting with my family.

Other than the two issues noted, I enjoyed staying at Island Inn.

The mattresses for the twin beds were uncomfortable. The air conditioner in the queen bedroom was extremely loud.

Grounds are lovely and the location is good.

Excellent location close to NOMAN's restaurant. had no car so we could walk a few steps for meals. Very nice walking path nearby.

Walls are not soundproof. We could hear every movement of adjacent and upstairs tenants.

Worst place I ever stayed and will not return.

Resort was horrible looking on the outside, parking lot was on soil, hard to find a parking spot, loud music each night, very poorly maintained and managed. Kristen was very good at the front desk but Lisa was terrible and late opening the front office.

Staff and early check in was very very helpful.

Wish check in was at 1pm not 4pm. The sound of tennis balls was a problem. I suggest installing a sound barrier fence on tennis court.

Location great. Room size was great. Proximity to great restaurant

Mattress very uncomfortable. Air freshener needed in room. Door code difficult to figure out.Air conditioner too cold in one room, insufficient in other.

This place can be cozy - but you must be flexible.

Location, restaurant, campus activities, pleasant staff is what made the stay cool.

Cleanliness was a problem, it looked clean but it wasn't. Saw a few roaches in the bathroom, we moved a area rug - too slippery - saw a bunch of crumbs. The building is built thin so we heard every snore and footstep of our up stairs neighbors, every time someone walked down the stairs or the group of girls running down the hallway screaming. Lastly, I think I believed the second room, with twin beds was closed in - but it wasn't. It was open and hard for the people in that room to rest, as it was right off the living room, where ppl wanted to watch TV and relax.

Great place for a family vacation on MV. Pool is terrific. Staff is helpful and friendly.

I would have liked early check in as arrived via ferry and times of arrival not to convenient to check in times
