A comfortable stay for me and my pets on a road trip

Nicely updated rooms and lobby. The bed was really comfy and the room was spacious. Dog friendly!

Our room was right by the elevator, so there was quite a bit of noise.

My stay Overall good

My overall stay was great, I like the room it was very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed in stock. The continental breakfast was basic but perfect.

The only problem I had was with the night guy at the front desk. He had a very bad attitude and questioned me like l was a criminal. I don’t like his attitude at all. And his people skills sucked.

Breakfast was good. I wish you would add a potato option - tater tots, home fries potatoes. The adjoining neighborhood was ok. It is sprawling LA. Not the most comfortable area for me. This the third time we’ve stayed at the San Bernadino La Quinta. We really like this hotel because the rooms we’ve stayed in are beautiful. They are clean, appointed with high quality fixtures, beds, and furniture. The staff clearly works hard to maintain the quality and cleanliness of the facility. We really like and respect how the hotel is maintained, staffed, and fixture so

Exceptional

It wasn’t so much of all the staff. It was one staff member that wasn’t pleasant or polite. I didn’t like the pool being inside and the gust rules beautiful property, very clean for the amount of money that I paid for that week. I did like the free breakfast and the lady that serve the breakfast her and the young lady that checked me in was very nice

The room had an ant infestation, and we were moved into a room the was not clean. I asked the hotel staff about moving us into a room that was not clean, and I asked them for clean bedding and the night hotel staff was extremely rude. He needs to work on his customer service skills. The bedding had stains all over it and crumbs as if the housekeepers just made the bed without changing the bedding after the previous guest stayed there. The toilet had poop splatters when you raise the toilet seat up. I would not be staying there again.

We enjoyed a nice getaway and the waffles were amazing!

I love the shower hanging dove shampoo body wash and conditioner. Spacious bathtub that my toddler enjoyed a nice bath. The tv service offered great channels and interesting shows.

It was quiet, clean, and cool.

Coming down to breakfast at 8:59 and told it was closed, and could barely get a cup of juice, not even a muffin or something to just grab real quick. That's ridiculous.

Staff was nice but I wouldn’t come back here in the future considering it smelled like weed and so much noises.

The staffs were nice and the front was clean.

They had a nonsmoking sign but it smelled like weed. Also, our room sounded like it was close to the laundry room but we had other rooms before ours. Also, other guests kept banging on the walls which was annoying and the doors are thin so you can hear other guests through the hallway.

I like the comfortable beds and decorations throughout the room and hotel .I like the water and the coffee on demand option .

The breakfast didn't stay consistent and the other guest were inconsiderate of and treated the breakfast as an all you can eat buffet . The staff area was sometimes cool sometimes snotty .The housekeeping wasn't routine and I had to keep requesting the housekeeping services.The pool area smells weird and I was so busy I barely got enjoy the gym . The fact the hotel is right by the freeway was noisy if i opened the window which made it unpleasant at night .Expected top quality for the dollar I paid honestly and it didn't meet my expectations..

Highly over priced for what this facility is. A friend stayed at the Holiday Inn express in Loma Linda for $100 less and

Facility seemed newer. Room was nice and comfortable.

This property is right off of the freeway and you get a lot of traffic noise.
