Öncelikle Otelde başlıca resepsiyonist olan Narumin-san ve ismini alamadığım beyfendi olmak üzere tüm personel ve kahvaltı salonundaki tüm görevlilere anlayışınız ve acil durumda gösterdiğiniz nezaket ve yardımdan dolayı en içten teşekkürlerimizi sunuyorum. Odalar temizlik konusunda gayet hassas ve temiz. Kahvaltı Japon tarzı yemek sevenler için gayet harika ve Konum olarak önemli yerlere ulaşım sağlayabileceğiniz metrolara ve güzel restoranlara yakın. Tekrardan kaldığımız günler içerisinde oteldeki tüm personellere ailecek en içten teşekkürlerimizi sunuyoruz. ありがとうございます!

The location is good, It's easy to access train or subway to Kyoto and Nara also. There is also a lot of options for restaurants and convenience stores. The staff is very friendly, the room is clean. The traveler can go outside at night time. It's very safe area.

The location was good - close to the metro and to Umeda station. The rooms were clean.
The room was extremely small for three people. The size was shown when I did the booking but we had stayed at other hotels with same size rooms, which felt bigger, I am not sure why. There was no space to open 1 big suitcase, let alone more luggage. It was really disappointing as we expected this to be the best hotel we would stay (due to the stars and ratings we saw online).
