Excellent location and the staff are fabulous rooms a little dated but very clean

we like the Hotel, they have good resort, lots of trees and overall was a good experience accept few issues.
Staff are so loud in the corridors, engineering and housekeeping talking so loudly, no respect for families with kids.
One day we tried to make the baby sleep at 13:00 and suddenly loud noise started (Drilling) i went out and i found that one guy was drilling in the bathroom next to our room, i think they should check with the reception before starting any work, the Hotel was almost empty so please don't tell me it was an emergency work.
Also we tried to visit the five-star Hotel (Les orangers) the security was so rude, he made us feel uncomfortable, he followed us to the reception, he was so rude and didn't know how to talk to people, we are a family and we told him that we are guest of the orangers hotel, we showed him the bracelets but still he decided to show us his angry face, those type of people are dangerous for the tourism, he should be in a construction site not a Hotel.

It was next door to the sister hotel that my brother and his family were staying at.
The property is an older property and there were things that needed repairing and/or replacing.

The activities are good
- No Variety in breakfast
- Rooms are so old , ZERO isolation if you are travelling with a baby he will wakes up a lot , ZERO privacy
- they told us we will find sushi in the asian restaurant when we reserved and went for dinner they told us there is no SUSHI
- The food is OK but not worth the money
- The Hammam is so old and so COLD which is weird
