The pool area was absolutely amazing! The theme was so cute, and there were plenty of places to sit back, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere. The food was incredible, and the bar was a great spot to hang out. What really stood out was the hotel staff. They were hands down the most attentive and welcoming staff I’ve ever experienced. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. Such a great experience all around!
I loved everything

Everything was great. From the clean room, the big pool, the clean property in general, the great staff, the free shuttle, and the list goes on.

Atmosphere, staff, room size, clean,
I was allergic to the bedding, towels and had to sleep on the couch for 3 nights, after first night that morning I woke up in a rash all over, swollen eyes , it ruined my vacation for 2 days. Told the staff, that was the only time they didn't help or acknowledge me and my problem. Husband ran to store for meds n cream. I was so upset, they offered no help or anything.😢. I was lucky that my husband got me a pillow, blanket to sleep on a small cramped couch. I feel they could have talked to me or even check on me , but nothing.
