Horrible! I regret big time that I booked this place without knowing it could be so bad.

The owner was respectful and gentle.

The location does not feel safe with people looked like homeless and on drugs. Before I entered the lobby, I was greeted by a black lady shouting at the staff behind the desk loud that was like a strong steam pushed me back out. I paid for two nights, but felt soooooo comfortable with the place, one of the worst in my life experience, that I flee the next morning, wasted my payment for the 2nd night. What a bad feeling staying there. The room did not have any lamps on the night stands, the blind was broken. No wash towel provided. Everything is being operated on extremely fugal budget. The concrete stair way got corners broken and make it feel unsafe. I wish I could get my 2nd night payment back, but I'd not stay the 2nd night there. I felt lucky that nothing bad happened for the one night stay there. Some of the rooms were filled with junk with people standing by the door smoking. Very very bad feeling. You do not pay that kind of money to sleep with people almost homeless. Horrible!

We did not stay there, we made other accommodations

There was nothing there to like. This place is for people who are without a home and or on the street. It is not safe to stay there

We did not stay there due to the fact that it was unsafe to stay there. We made other accommodations. unless this is the only choice you have do not stay there. This place has been shut down by the mayor three different times and killings have been known to happen there. Do not stay there.

messed up my room and gave me something I didn’t want

I booked for a King size room, they gave me a double queen smoking room. She said that’s what it showed her on her computer, but in my phone I booked a King size room. Just a bad experience

Nice staff, large rooms with micro/fridge, great location, less than a mile from the freeway, near plenty of restaurants and stores... In and Out burgers, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Dollar General etc. Plenty of free parking!

Sometimes the guests are a bit unsavory... Would not recommend it for a woman traveling alone. Would recommend that they hire 24-hour security as does the Motel 6 down the street

I need to be refunded as I did not stay there under the reservation. I was turned away and told that the reservation never came in on the hotel side. Like I said I never stayed there under the reservation that I booked with you. I will be seeking reimbursement through my credit card and banking facility.

Worst place I've ever stayed at. No pictures on walls only stains as well as the floors. Furniture broken, nasty stains in bathtub, shower curtain, and toilet. It was as bad as it gets. I left and did not sleep in that bed. The place is only adequate for immoral behavior.
