Fantastic location if you're attending a Shakespeare theater show! Coming back to see another show has been on my to do list for quite a few years now- finally made it back! For check in, pulling into a full drive way and was worried parking would be difficult, but once we got checked in it was explained there are three buildings to the property and they had their own lots. We were across the street in building two I believe, corner room and it was a good room. When we got inside the room it was very warm and wanted to turn the AC on - the remote didn't pair well with controlling the unit (maybe user error and we couldn't figure it out) so we just used the buttons on the unit and it cooled down quickly. Nice TV selection and the bed was more on the softer side, we prefer more firm, but no complaints. The chairs in room were very comfortable and a great place to eat dinner before the play started. A little family of deer roamed around the parking lot doing their thing - cute babies too see. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the Elizabethan theater, there were multiple restaurants to choose from, and it was nice that everything was in close proximity. Breakfast was simple but nice, they have a pancake machine which was the first time seeing that and they came out pretty tasty. Had scrambled eggs and bacon/ sausage, coffee, juice, and bagels/toast. Will definitely stay here again when we decide to come back to see another play!

Location was excellent, within walking distance to shops and theater. The breakfast is comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The room with two queen beds was not large, but was very comfortable.

The location is the best thing about the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were in the”superior” Queen rooms across the street from the main complex. This is a minimal service motel. There was no info given at check in about WiFi or how to work the air conditioner. The rooms are dated. No blanket on the bed. Just a duvet that slid off the bed. The breakfast is Costco-adequate. If it weren’t for the location, this would be a $99 per night room.
