Nice owners, big clean room, comfy bed, everything worked great, including the Wi-Fi. They let me check in early too, which was a great benefit to me and I’m grateful.
There seem to be a lot of permanent residents, some in semi-perilous straits, and some of whom have attracted the interest of the local sheriff who stopped by at least twice during my one night stay. I don’t mind mingling with people like this, and I only mention it because I know it’s not for everyone and some might feel anxious. Personally, I felt quite safe.

I would stay here again for business due to the proximity to work. Less than 10 min drive to and from. Close to restaurants and gas though gas nearby is pricey. No issues with safety as far as location and did have free internet but open network. Fridge, microwave, and coffee machine was nice and overall very clean by staff daily. Well lit at night for parking area.
No phone to front desk which wasnt an issue for me. No clock in room so you do have to rely on yourself. Minor holes in wall, bathroom door and ceiling tiles in shower need replaced. A good protected internet would be better. Was on bottom floor and after work you could here what may have been kids running across floor so not well insulated probably due to wood flooring. Not sure if they were "live ins" or temp guests but occured nightly 5 days of the week while there. Ice machine was broke and no breakfast bar offered even though the lobby appeared it used to be set up for it.
