Exceptional

Location is perfect, close to the harbour, easy access to shopping for basic needs, convenient route to the smaller of the two lakes on Mljet. The host was wonderful and super informative and friendly.

The kitchen was very minimally stocked, but functional for our needs. There's only one sink - in the bathroom, which made doing dishes a little inconvenient, but in the end it was no issue for us.

Sanela is a very friendly host, she waited for me even though I arrived late and I could leave my luggage there for the day before taking the catamaran. The rooms look exactly like the pictures are showing and the guesthouse is close to the entrance of the national park.

I booked this place especially because of the terrace, it said on booking my room would have one. What I got was a room with windows facing the entrance (so every guest entering and leaving the guesthouse went by) and a table and two chairs next to the stairs. That was very disappointing and I felt kind of cheated.

Cute apartment in a stunning location

Cute apartment in an absolutely perfect location! We loved the layout and also having our own terrace.

The walls are a bit thin so we could sometimes hear the people in the next room.

Lovely terrace section overlooking the water. Very clean and comfortable.

Great position. I had a wonderful little part of the terrace. Owner was very helpful. Just a one night stay.

Room was a bit small but perfect for one night stay for a solo traveller.

Exceptional

Location. It takes around 5 mins by bike to reach National Park Mljet. Sanela and her husband were kind. Internet was fine.

The only thing worth seeing on Mljet, apart from National Park obviously, is the Odyssey’s cave. Avoid beached on the south Mljet.

Perfect location to unwind and relax for a few days.

The location was perfect. close to a variety of restaurants, the ferry port, beach and the entrance to the national park. The balcony had pretty spectacular views also!

Perfect

Amazing location about 20 meters from the entrance to the national park and with all restaurants and mini mart within a 2 min walk. Fantastic balcony with great views over the bay. Sunella and Tom were extremely welcoming and friendly through the stay. Would definitely stay here again when visiting this wonderful island.

Location on the sea shore. Late checkout free of charge. Host is a very nice girl. The small lake is 400 meters away. Restaurants and supermarket are very close.

Lack of free space in the apartment. Poor wi-Fi quality in the evening.

The hosts were so great and accomplished. It couldn’t be a better location to town and the park. We wish we stayed longer!

The smell from the cleaning supplies or laundry was very strong when I was trying to sleep.

Lovely little apartment with a great pier side location

Excellent location right on the pier. Friendly hosts. Gateway to National Park, good value for money. Comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen. A little outdoor side area with table and chairs to enjoy your evenings 😀

Nothing really. WiFi was in and out, but that is the way on the whole island and is not the hosts fault.

Good location!

Well equipped apartment in a superb location. Very powerful aircondition which is a bonus. The host very kindly let us leave the luggage in a storage room for the day upon check-out - which I was greatful for as we had a ferry in the evening.

The wi-fi was very patchy and only worked well in the night and early morning. There is a number of different apartments at the same price in the house and I thought we got a different one than expected- still good standard, but you need to be mindful of that when booking.

My 2nd stay this Summer

I am so happy that I could come back to this paradise and stay another long weekend. Everything was perfect: superb view, kind hosts, comfy bed, good shower and internet. I especially appreciated it that the host gave me some first aid supplies when I cut my foot on a rock - great help! I hope to stay here again as Pomena is a real piece of Paradise :).

It’s very hard to leave.

Great stay

It’s a wonderful and very peaceful and friendly place to stay in the paradise of Mljet ... The terrace overlooking the harbor, the quietness, comfort of bed... everything was perfect. The owners are wonderful and welcoming. Highly recommended.

The wifi signal was ok but sometimes not sufficient for a video call.

Exceptional

I think it is the best localisation in Pomena, house is on the rigth side of the road (so you are closer to the see than most of the houses in Pomena and there is no car road next to your window). Right next to Guesthouse is entrance to the National Park. Room was perfectly clean, there was fridge, basic kitchen stuff and GREAT VIEW. Highly recommend
