Apartment in the center of Benasque; is registered as a tourist apartment to rent legally, but it is not an apartment only to rent, it is our holiday apartment, we rent it in the periods we do not use it, so we take care and comfortable for our family use. It has capacity for five / six people. Lots of light, all exterior rooms, with good orientation and nice views of Cerler and the mountains. Equipped with sheets and towels. Comfortable and comfortable, with quality furniture. It has an elevator. Capacity for five people has three bedrooms. One double with two beds of 90 cm, another with bunk of 90 cm and one with a bed of 150 cm. Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Bathroom and toilet with shower. Excellent orientation to the mountain, with terrace overlooking the Cerler peak. There is a large FREE municipal parking area about 50 m from the portal, which facilitates parking. The apartment overlooks a large garden and pedestrian plaza ideal for children. It is rented with sheets and towels. It has the necessary equipment. IMPORTANT NOTE: * NO pets allowed, CHIMNEY IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE TURNED, NOR SMOKING * MINIMUM STAY: 240 euros (for 2 nights)

The apartment is perfectly central in Benasque. At most a 5 min walk to each corner. Super convenient to stock up on some groceries for when we didn’t eat out at one of the many restaurants. The parking lot is convenient and across the river within an easy walk (although it’s first come first serve, so might get busy during the high period). Apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms. Lots of plates, etc in the kitchen. Wifi worked well. We never used the TV. Did a lot of hiking. Has an elevator but we mainly just walked up the east flight of stairs to the first floor. Jose was great and quick at communicating. It was easy to figure out a check in and check out time. Thank you. We’ll be coming to Benasque again :)

Au coeur du village mais très calme

L'appartement est impeccable : parfaitement équipé, literie de bonne qualité, chambres spacieuses avec beaucoup de rangements, petit balcon pour sécher le linge (important après une journée de randonnée !), idéalement situé au coeur du village mais donnant sur une cour intérieure avec aire de jeux pour les (petits) enfants. Quelques restaurants ont une terrace sur la même cour mais tout redevient calme à partir de 23h. La communication avec le propriétaire est très fluide, il répond rapidement à toutes les questions. Une vraie relation de confiance. A recommender sans hésitation.

El apartamento es muy acogedor y dispone de todo lo necesario para sentirte como en tu propia casa, la ubicación es muy buena con muchos bares y terrazas cercanos pero alejados lo justo para no oir ruidos de ningún tipo. Mis hijos han disfrutado mucho de los dos parques infantiles que hay cerca. Muy contentos, hemos disfrutado mucho de estos días !

Mi marido y mis dos hijas pequeñas hemos pasado otra vez la semana de fin de año en el apartamento de Jose y ha estado genial. El apartamento es todo exterior, tiene muchisima luz, esta super limpio y es bastante amplio. Ademas no puede estar mas centrico, bajas y estas en la calle principal. El apartamento da un parque que para los niños es estupendo, les puedes incluso vigilar desde la terraza. Para aparcar muy comodo. El parking esta justo en frente cruzando el rio. En fin que repetimos seguro.

El piso es excelente, esta muy limpio y nuevisimo, esta muy bien ubicado en el centro de todo con fácil acceso a todos los sitios de interés. Es muy muy acogedor. Tiene ascensor por lo que si hay que comprar o vais con carrito de bebé como fue mi caso es fantástico, lo hace mucho más cómodo. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos y repetiremos seguro.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in einem ruhigen Haus. Zentral im Zentrum, die Zimmer liegen recht ruhig zum grünen Innenhof. Sehr netter Kontakt trotz wir kein Spanisch konnten.

La description de l'appartement correspond réellement à la réalité. Situé en plein centre ville dans un secteur extrêment calme, cet appartement bénéficie d'une trés belle vue sur Cerler et d'une luminosité trés agréable. Tout à proximité immédiate jeux pour enfants, restaurants, commerces, parking... Bénéficiant de prestations trés confortables, cette location dispose également d'un niveau d'équipement (cuisine et électro ménager parfait) et de propreté remarquable. Les contacts avec le propriétaire et ses relais locaux restent chaque année extrêment agréables et efficaces. Une adresse à retenir sans hésiter. Muchas gracias Jose !!!

Apartamento muy recomendable

El apartamento esta supercentrico (bajas y estas en la calle principal de Benasque¡¡¡), bien decorado, muy practico y muy luminoso. Las habitación principal y de dos camas son amplias y todas cuentan con unos armarios grandes. El salon y la cocina tambien y ademas la cocina tiene de todo, incluido lavaplatos y todo funciona bien. El servicio por parte del propietario estupendo.

Estuvimos alojados la semana de Navidad. La casa estupenda y todo perfecto ya que al estar en el centro del pueblo todo lo tienes a mano. La pena ha sido la nieve. Repetiremos sin duda!

Cet appartement situé en plein centre du village est parfaitement situé et trés calme. La rue n'est pas accessible aux voitures sauf pour charger et décharger les bagages. Un parking est en outre disponible à proximité. L'appartement est trés propre, trés fonctionnel et trés bien équipé (y compris la cuisine). Les contacts avec les propriétaires et l'accueil sur place ont été trés agéables également. Nous conseillons vraiment cet appartement.

Apartamento céntrico en perfectas condiciones en cuanto a limpieza y estado, hay un parque infantil debajo de casa. Hemos estado muy contentos. Recomendable para todo aquel que quiera descansar después de una buena caminata en el monte. Sábanas y toallas para baño y ducha tal y como se detalla en la página web. La atención del propietario ha sido extraordinaria. Envío de información detallada de cómo contactar con él, y dónde aparcar.

The appartment has three bedrooms and everything needed for a comfortable stay is there, a well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms... Being there in the summer we had some noise from the yard by people having a chat or talking loudly when walking home from the bars. But we enjoyed our stay and the wonderful town and nature!
