The location is great ,right across the street from the beach. Within walking distance to restaurants and amusement park. The staff was very helpful and friendly! Great hotel for people watching from deck.

This is a typical OOB hotel. This hotel needs lots of updating. The mattress was very worn but comfortable. This hotel really needs some TLC The office does provide free coffee but doesn't open until 9 am. If you're staying in OOB for the beach, this is a great hotel to stay in due to its location.

A perfect holiday stay!!

First room What is not satisfactory, but the guy at the desk had no problem and gave us a better room without costing more that worked out really well.

My first room should not have been used.

Location was fantastic.

The rooms need updating. We had sheets of metal to keep stuff from going under the bed but they also made a bunch of noise when you moved on the bed. It was not a restful night. Balcony slants, it needs repairs before it falls off. The front desk guy did not read our reservation for two beds and instead put us in a single queen room and when I went back to the office said “I saw two of you and assumed you were a couple”. then was not going to move us to a room with two beds like we had reserved and paid for. That was a bit of a struggle to get a new room, a room that we reserved and paid for.

I liked how close it was to the pier

the property was very old and hadn’t been updated at all, a lot of the facilities were broken or just gross. we stayed in a pet friendly room which was nice to have as an option for our dog but we had to clean up a water spill from her bowl and was shocked at how black the towel was from wiping the floor. it was not worth the money especially since we went at the end of season. the man working was rude. zero parking for people staying their unless u best everyone else that stays there. literally 20 spots with about 100 rooms. very disappointed being that my fiancé and I stay in old orchard quite often. also the sink was leaking, and not dripping like wouldn’t stop running.

same neighbors all 3 days. stomping on floor. moving furniture around talking loud out side most of the evening into mor

close to beach and attractions.

noisy neighbors faulty heater dirty floors heater did not want to work at times floor looks clean but black feet and socks

Great staff, great value. Location can’t be beat for the money!

Staff were amazing, very pleasant. The location cannot be beat. Although located near the train and on a main road it can get noisy however that did not bother us at all. The rooms are dated yet comfortable and clean. The housekeepers were visible throughout the day. Great stay for the price. I would definitely stay again:)

Wood floor was slimey, bedding was extremely old - probably the same sheets from 10+ years ago, TV was extremely small, same with fridge, beds were small, shower/bath had a very nasty stain

i like staying here but they really need too update the rooms alittle better .

the location is in a very good spot beside the train that comes threw an shakes you alittle while your sleeping. wifi work really well for being down there.

well room # 30 the filter in the Ac wasnt clean so i did it my self which this was the 2nd time an the back part of the AC that sits outside is very bad damge that is falling apart,the drain in the shower was broken an didnt drain very well at all an the water was leaking from the drain somewhere an was rolling across the bathroom floor,the towels that where in the bathroom one was clean while the other had red die on it, at least lets hope thats what it was. when i went too the office an told them in the morning they just look at me funny an didnt even offer for another room or a free stay.

OOB ❤️

It was in the middle of everything! The beach ,the pier and the amusement park! The staff was very pleasant. I also enjoyed the beds. They were extra firm and I need a good supportive mattress.

The TV was pretty tiny and I couldn't find an ice bucket liner. But to be fair I didn't ask. Pretty much it's a basic clean room to stay in the heart of oob. Location!

Location was perfect. Easy parking. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but overall would stay again.

Mattress. Comforter. Dated. Coffee situation was unavailable until 9am.

Perfect location to join in festivities all hours!

Excellent!!! Perfect place to stay if you like walking convenience... could sit and watch people, walk to the bars, and other local festivities!

Beds werent the most comfortable- but hey! Creat location so it was worth it...
