Extra clean, very friendly. Pillows were comfortable.
Bed was hard on lower back. Room was near noise of front desk and elevator. I wasn’t able to sleep in because of the loud talking. One of the sinks didn’t work in the room.

Staff, location, very clean,
Disappointed in the balcony view. Paid extra for the room and all we could look at is the construction right across the street. I wish someone would have told us this was the case and we would have just booked a standard room.
Bed was not comfortable… springs were popping up through the mattress. Coffee machine was broken… didn’t find out until started making it (we just went down hall to get a cup) so that was minor issue.
