Great location and really good layout as there is a good size double bedroom with ensuite downstairs and upstairs both bedrooms (one double, one twin) have ensuite too. Beautiful gardens absolutely huge at the back which is a shame as the pool is at the front. Great carport to park the car to keep it cool. Huge drive, could fit at least 4 cars on it! Can walk to La Plage which is a great beach restaurant/bar. Location is what makes this property value for money.
Pool edges need a bit of a refurbishment look a bit tired, bathrooms all need a bit of TLC too looking a bit dated and tired but ok for a holiday. Could do with replacement lounger pads outside, they are a bit worn, only 5 loungers that had pads? These are all little things that would just improve the holiday experience but overall a great villa x

The house has an amazing location. 3 min away from the main port and restaurants.
Clean , comfortable with all the kitchen equipment. The pool was fantastic and the garden was huge! Totally recommended 👌

Loved the property and location was amazing very clean, pool was immaculate gardens beautiful and very close to the marina

Location was perfect. The house was comfortable and functional, with beautiful outdoor spaces.
The house needs maintenance, especially in the pool area and the showers. The toaster should be thrown away. The pool was very dirty.
Our experience with the property manager was very bad. On the day of check-in, he asked us to pay a €300 deposit in case we caused any damage, as a condition for giving us instructions for the key. Completely unacceptable and extortionate. He should have mentioned it before we made the booking and prepaid the accommodation cost.
