Nice apartment for big group

Big room. Great experience with many facilities to use. Only 1 km to Tanukikoji shopping street.

The bed is too soft

Very good

The host were really nice and turned on the heater in advance for us so the house was really warm when we got there. Convenient stores and a small My Basket supermarket were within walking distance. We had all we needed in the house.

The place was on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator. Not that big-luggage friendly. We did not expect this.

A great spot from which to explore the city at the tail end of our epic snowboarding adventure.

The location was great with access to Odori Park and walking distance to the fun filled Susukino area of Sapporo. It's also close to MOMA which is surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The apartment has two toilets which was a great luxury for our group of 6 guys who had been sharing a single bathroom for the previous couple of weeks. The bus to the airport stops just two blocks away which is a much better option than the subway and train if you're hauling snowboard/ski gear.

Parking can be a challenge if you have a car but there are limited parking spots available at Kodatel for a reasonable price. I wish the apartment had a toaster oven and a coffee maker.

Comfortable home for a big family or group. Close to local transit and Odori park. Thank you.

Very comfortable older home that is close the Odori park. 3 bedrooms that is able to sleep 8-10 people easily. Nice dining table and couch with TV. 2 bathrooms and huge shower with furo was very nice. Washer with detergent provided was greatly appreciated. Little restaurant on the first floor serves great steak bowls.

Price sucked since it was during the snow festival but similar properties also jacked up their prices so I guess it can't be helped. Small and narrow stairway leading up to the 3rd floor wasn't fun first and last day to move all our luggages.

It was little far for the subway, maybe 6-7 mins walk.

3 flights of stairs, extra charge for parking, $60 booking fee on top of rental rate.

An affordable slice of luxury in the capital of Hokkaido

Host is very friendly and accommodating, cleanliness, size and facilities in the room were fantastic. Tremendous value as well.

A little far from transport links but I think that's more the way Sapporo's railway is laid out. It's also on a side road. WiFi doesn't reach into the bedrooms well.

Superb

The owner is very helpful. We checked in later than expected and then went out for dinner but by the time we were back, we found him coming by to check if everything was okay. On the second day, we made some mistakes in using the digital lock of the door and had to call him early in the morning to come over at once to help and he did come immediately. We really appreciate for his quick response.

It's a bit difficult to find the place after getting to the area already.
