The facility was clean and the rooms were clean and very spacious . The staff were helpful and very knowledgeable about the area .
I like that the property was in driving distance to restaurants and shopping centers. And the facility was well maintained.

Staff very friendly and
My pre-request email was not responded to, and airport pickup was delayed. I was surprised they charged my card 25 USD if any damaged if not refund in 24 Hours in my departure, but it has not been refunded

The room was comfy and had enough space.
The attentiveness of the staff was not to my liking. I came in, mind you I use a cane, and I’m standing to get checked in. The staff makes a mistake and charges the other person’s card who is at the other check in counter for my room. So I had to wait there while it was addressed. Understandable. It was an accident but in the future it might be suggested to allow your guest to sit if it’s going to take a while. Then on check out day we go to load up and we were parked in a handicapped space because another person with us is in a wheelchair. Someone parked in the crosswalk space allowed for the ramp and loading. We brought this to the staff’s attention and it was completely dismissed. Just felt that the hotel didn’t understand the needs for accessibility.
