Great location, amazing price for the value!
Stayed during the F1 weekend, and it was a great deal. Very clean, easy to reach, AC in the room, all the facilities working properly. Honestly, comfort-wise 0 complaints - would recommend!

Central location, clean bathrooms, comfortable bed, daily cleaning service
Some staff member was a bit unfriendly demanding us to speak Spanish, which was very rude in my opinion as people are coming to Madrid from all over the world and you can’t expect them to be able to speak your language. Also, we ( a mature couple in our 50s ) were told off by the same person of carrying a wine bottle after 10 pm ( the alcohol sale is banned at supermarkets after 10). The is no shared kitchen/ access to the fridge only by asking a staff member to keep an item…

The only good thing about this place is the location in the city center. The price was ok.
We were prepared for a cramped bathroom and a small room, but we weren't ready for sleepless nights. There was no quiet time at night, and even the staff talked loudly in the hallway after 11 PM. At night, you could hear everything; there was no soundproofing, and you could hear everyone in the hallway and stairwell stomping throughout the night.
