Location is wonderful with many different hiking options surrounded by a wild nature.
Massage experience in the wellness area was very good.
Breakfast menü very rich .
Restaurant staff was very positive and polite
1- during our stay we learned that all staff is leaving hotel after 21.30 . We do not see that a right approach for safety
2- wellness section opening is 10.30 which is too late and not understandable.
3- Our reservation was half pension and we stayed 5 nights. Our table for dinner was fixed every evening same place. How it was decided we do not know. Asked for a change , they promised for last evening. However did not keep their promise
4- Cleaning staff do not speak german or english , could not succeed to explain the need for a new bathsıit
5- Fitness center very small and few equipments. Such a complex should have more.
6- Pool is very small , should be bigger in such a wellness hotel

The hotel was perfect in every way. It’s location is breathtaking and it is so refreshing to get away and stay in such a peaceful location with great facilities

The location is spectacular with incredible views and the staff were all so helpful and friendly. All the facilities were fantastic.
A few small areas need a little refreshment
