I arrived before check-in time and was able to leave my luggage with the staff.
They had already taken it up to my room. That was a great help.
The room was comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.
The receptionist was very kind and lovely.
As we went to Český Krumlov the next day, it was very convenient that the bus stop was nearby.
Thank you very much for your hospitality. I’d love to visit again someday.

We spent about a month at Andel Apartments, partly on vacation and partly working remotely, and I'd happily recommend it for both short and long stays.
The staff were incredibly friendly, relaxed, and easy to communicate with.
We stayed in the second building. Well-equipped kitchenette. Wifi good enough for my remote office job.
Regular cleaning service, with consistently fresh bed linen and towels.
The breakfasts were varied enough that we never got tired of them, even after a month, and they were always very filling. A special mention goes to the sweet croissants, which became the perfect companion to our morning coffee.
The reception isn't staffed around the clock, but it's open for most of the day. You can also easily contact the staff via WhatsApp.
Yes, Andel area is busy. Yes, it's noisy. But in my opinion that's its charm. Everything is within walking distance, from supermarkets to restaurants. Despite its mixed reputation, we never once felt unsafe during our stay, day or night.
Andel is well connected. The metro, trams are all right there, and if you don't mind walking like we do, even the Old Town is an easy stroll away.
We noticed a few tiny ants in the room. They weren't a real issue, but someone might find it unpleasant.
If you sleep with the windows open, the street can be quite noisy. It didn't bother us, but light sleepers might find it disruptive.
There's no washing machine, but that's simply part of the room category we chose, so we don't really consider it a fault.
