This adorable 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is Gulf front with a Queen bed. This unit has an open concept and the bedroom is completely open to the hallway.
Tired of dining out? No problem staying in is a breeze with a fully-equipped kitchen. This vacation rental also offers a washer and dryer FREE WIFI a fitness room on site a gulf front pool and a separate children's pool. Payment for parking passes will be collected separately. Once purchased, passes will be picked up on-site at the property and will be valid for the duration of your stay.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Real nice location and access to beach. Furnishings could stand an upgrade chairs and couch were pretty worn and uncomfortable. Fine for 2 people that spend most of the time out - staff was friendly and property appeared clean and safe.

Great location! Can walk to restaurants and souvenir shops. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable.

The property was amazing, besides the experience we had with the front desk lady during check in… We walked in to check in to the hotel and the lady gave a very negative vibe/ attitude. We were trying to check in and she was not very polite to us or another guest that just had a simple question about parking passes. The woman at the front desks name was Elena, she caught an attitude with us also. I told her to have a nice day and she proceeded to give me a mean look and was not very helpful with any questions we had. Also online it was stated that parking passes were $28 and when we got there one parking pass was $45. I did not appreciate having to pay more than what was being advertised.
