The accommodation has the potential to be very nice and pleasant but unfortunately there is a huge lack of management. It is located in a very nice place and has beautiful decoration. Ms. Irini who is responsible for almost all parts of the accommodation is very kind and with a smile on her face. She served us in the best possible way from the first moment. The rooms are quite spacious for a family.
Unfortunately the person who owns the accommodation does not seem to care about this. During our stay, which was a national holiday and the accommodation was full, there were only 3 staff members who were responsible for a fairly large accommodation with many amenities. Due to the lack of staff, the room was very dirty with technical failures (it smelled of damp and there was mold on the walls). Also, the breakfast area was very cold and quite dirty.

The hosts - George and Kostas were very nice and eager to make our short stay comfortable and meaningful. The rooms are very clean and nice. Breakfast was fantastic with homemade products.
This is a not a typical 5
Star hotel- more like a 4 star. Especially when the pool is not operating yet. Nonetheless it is very beautiful and comfortable

The building, the location, the staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you need to go away from the city and from busy life, this is the place to go. Out in the mountains in a beautiful area. Staff informs you about what to do, to see and where. Very good! Very peaceful. And a lot of very interesting things to see in that area. The museum and the monastery in Elliniko are an absolute must. So are other things, talk with the staff.

Breakfast was good
If you are a couple- Do not take the Suite !!! The bed is located in the 2nd floor . No reason.
Also they knew that we are two people but they prepared five beds !!! instead of leaving us the sofa. The hotel is Located not a central location in Tzoumerka.
Cleaning needs improvement !!!
