The 4 persons room was spacious and comfortable and included a large restroom. Position in Campitello is great, close to the main square and the new funicular. A car parking was included for free as well as a locked room to store our bike. We accessed the sauna, the hamman and the jacuzzi just with 10 euro extra. Breakfast and dinner were satisfied including typical cousine.
The food was in evarage very good and you could have some typical or international recepies, however some plates might be cooked with a bit more accuracy. Water was compulsory provided as extra, while some tap water might be offered for free.

Soggiorno in mezza pensione per evento in bici, posizione ottima con ciclabile asfaltata per Canazei, hotel confortevole e pulito, cena ottima con ampia scelta di antipasti, primo e secondo a tavolo, dolci a buffet con ampia scelta.
Disponibile ricarica auto a cifra fissa.
Parcheggio non troppo grande e con accesso non chiarissimo, nulla di altro.

Struttura un po datata, qualità della collazione potrebbe essere meglio per il prezzo.
Personale coretto - tecnico (come in stazione treni/bus) ; mancano le norme “hospitality” (o staff trening) come : benvenuti, come era il soggiorno, buon viaggio, buona giornata….

Location is good easy access
The receptionist Ciara was very good and helpful.
Our room faces the back and on top of the kitchen so smell of food was strong , also people tend to smoke and you can also smell if your window is open.
