Hotel by itself is very nice, in a very good location, just about 15 minutes walking to the centre. It has a beautiful garden, big rooms with huge balcony and amazing views to the city. Breakfast was with limited options, but decent and nice.
There was a kettle in the room, but no water, tea, or coffee. The TV channels were only in Romanian. The pool and jacuzzi areas need cleaning and maintenance. The jacuzzi wasn't working well on our first day, and on the second day, it didn't work at all. Additionally, the jacuzzi is missing underwater drain covers, which caused cuts on our feet.
Breakfast coffee was very weak and paid coffee machine next to the restaurant in the lobby is bit inappropriate.

Everything. But most of all the welcoming of the people. The hotel is a small business, run by private persons, and the staff is the one doing all the difference, they go far and beyond to accommodate your needs. Aside from the attention to details in how the hotel is arranged (the rooms, the garden, the swimming pool), they also provide a lot of support for other requests you might have.
We loved the bed - perfect mattress, we loved the garden - so nicely done, perfect to read a book and enjoy a coffee, we loved the location - up on a hill with a great view to Cetatuia de pe Straja, and not the last.....we loved the quietness of the place. We stayed 5 nights and we felt like home!
All it was simply....perfect. Many thanks to all the ladies who helped us to have a wonderful stay in Brașov! For sure we will consider this hotel again and strongly recommend it to all our friends, especially if you have a longer stay, and travelling with kids!

Location, the garden, the view to the mountain, the swimming pool and the good breakfast.
I was happy with the hotel, it is good value fir money.
