Excellent location, close to the beach and not too far from the city of Chioggia (30 minutes walk, but there is also a little road train that takes you there, and the stop is 50 m from the hotel). The personnel was extremely kind, professional and flexible. Our room was a bit small, but absolutely ok for a couple staying a couple of days. The hotel does not have its own private beach, but you can get a discounted entrance to a very nice beach club 5 minutes from there. The prices at the pool bar and reception bar are fair.
All was good, but I would suggesto to offer a towel service for the pool, in case someone forgot to bring their own.
Also, the two bars have the same printed menu, but do not offer the same drinks, which could be a bit confusig and slighly disappointing.

Great location, nice pool.
Staff was terrible, front desk. Un knowledgeable…..wasted my time, told me wrong info many times, said I could be refunded one night, then I made another reservation that was non refundable based on what they had just told me…..then they said they couldn’t refund…..told me I would be reimbursed for my breakfast as I said I didn’t want them included, and they never did. Terrible service
