A great hotel, excellent breakfast, small but great gym and Rita (and her colleague who’s name I forgot) are the perfect receptionists

The staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful! The setting was beautiful, right next to the lagoon with views over to Chioggia and even snow-topped mountains from the breakfast room. We had a huge space - Junior Suite included bedroom, sitting/dining room with kitchen and bathroom. The heated outdoor pool was great, as most other hotels in Sottomarina had closed theirs for the winter.
It was about a 30min walk into Chioggia but would have been quicker if we had used the bicycles

Very nice suite hotel with two rooms. The hotel is far from the city center but in a nice quiet and peaceful location. Secure parking it provided. Pet friendly.

Our room overlooked the marina, and we could see the boats out of our window. Tea and coffee were available for a small fee, payable at reception with your final bill. Also, we were able to secure and charge our ebikes in their locked garage which was much appreciated.
It would have been nice to be able to make hot drinks in the room, but having the honesty drinks offering at reception wasn't too bad.
