Check in was good. They gave us a lower level room which we requested because of the lack of an elevator. Air conditioning in the room worked very good and since there was a heat wave all across Europe, this was very good.
No elevator, but at least we had a room only 1 floor up.
They had a vending machine for water and soft drinks. I bought a coke, it was flat. I think it had been in there quite awhile. I mentioned this to the desk person and she just smiled and said "Oh, ok". She should have given me my money back.

helpful and pleasant staff, gave recommendations for everything. good location, close to everything
very bad beds, springs hurt our backs, we were left without sleep. Strong and bad smell in the toilet. There is also little light in the bathroom.
