The location was perfect for me! Claudio was a wonderful, kind, accommodating, and communicative host. He regularly checked in to make sure I had everything I needed, and offered many helpful suggestions for me to have the best visit possible. The room was very clean and comfortable, with good AC and plenty of space. I travelled alone but my room would have been perfect for two people as well. The location was very easy for me to walk to lots of great places and I had a great time exploring everything from the Venice biennale to the Rialto bridge and more. Highly recommend staying here.
My only complaint, and I don’t really think this was something the hotel owner could control, was that there a lot of mosquitos in the area.

The host is so friendly, he kindly explain everything in the room and details how to reach the hotel. The room are splendid, i loveee that it have bidet, the shower water pressure is great, shower gel & shampoo provided are big, bed was comfy. If i go back to venice would want to stay here again. Location is perfect to go to everywhere. He also let us to store luggage temporarily after checkout.
