The guy and the young lady with the braces that works at the front desk were very friendly and helpful with telling you a little about Panamá and where to get things you needed and the pool guy was very helpful and the cleaning staff was always on point to help you with your needs, overall the hospitality was 10/10 great team work there plus the lady that’s in the restaurant and bar she’s very helpful and friendly.
There’s nothing to dislike.

The location of the hotel was really the only highlight. They also have a rooftop pool, but we didn't get a chance to enjoy this amenity. Near the hotel are quite a few food options and markets which proved to be convenient for us after arriving late in the evening and needing to stock up on supplies for San Blas.
Given the price, our expectations were low, but the room had bugs. We needed somewhere to keep our bags while we went out to San Blas islands, but after seeing cockroaches in the room, we were nervous about our belongings. The were also pretty unfriendly.
