Breakfast is bit costly otherwise everything was super.. I only recommend.

The property is reachable by foot from the nearest bus station, that is the Batavia Stad. It's really serene and next to a small pond which adds on to the beauty of the whole property. We visited in spring season (April!) and everything around was in fresh green colours with clear sky. You can spend some leisure time here indulging in walks in small forests nearby or by visiting the less touristy beach. The room was nice and cozy with a full view of the open gardens from one side.

Quiet and clean
We never saw the owner (although he did message diligently). Odd to call itself a B&B and have a room set up for breakfast - firmly shut. VERY basic provision in our room (cheap, rough sheets, not nice shower gel, and no welcome touches such as biscuits, which would be OK but we think they could do much better for the high price charged. We had to ask for a kettle. The flight of (outdoor) steps up to our upstairs room were in poor condition with some rot and several of the grip strips missing.
