Fantastica espereinza di coppia

La casa è molto carica e confortevole, le foto non rispecchiano la realtà perchè è molto più luminosa, bella e curata rispetto a quanto indicato sul sito o le foto mostrano. Il letto mooolto comodo e la cucina ha tutto! Tobias è stato molto gentile nello spiegare le funzionalità della casa. La posizione è ideale, silezisa tutto il giorno e vicina al centro (5-7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione / centro).

Se proprio uno deve fare il preciso consiglierei degli appendini per le giacche all'ingresso e degli asciugamani più morbidi ed insonorizzerei un minimo di più il soffitto.. Per il resto.. perfetto!

Wonderful place with a lot of character, great location, the owners are very welcoming. Highly recommend

The only downside is the fact that the apartment is in the attic and there's a long and tiny way to go upstairs, but this is literally the only minor issue.

Excellent location, attentive owners. Probably best if you love cats...

It was clean and the location was great. The shower was very good! The owners were helpful with information, and very timely to meet us. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette had lots of supplies.

The smell of cats was pretty strong when we arrived. The bed was comfortable but right against the wall, so a little difficult to get out of when sleeping on the inside. The TV was tiny (not that we used it).

Would stay here again!

We booked the Studio on the basement. It had everything we needed and more. Love that it had a kitchen. Tobias is a wonderful person. Cats were adorable. Walkable from Amsterdam Centraal Train Station. Would stay here again!

To get the views you do have to climb a lot of stairs!

it was beautifully decorated.

unfortunately there was a problem with the heating and it was very hard to keep the house warm. tobias tried to help but it wasn’t very convenient to text him every night for the same problem.

Brilliant stay!

Both me and my partner loved our stay at Kallmart Suites! A comfy cozy studio with all the necessary amenities to make our stay very comfortable. On top of that, there are 9 unbelievably fluffy cats which love a good pet and there was no chance we could pass on such cuties! Our hosts (Tobias was the one we saw most of) was an excellent and very helpful host and made our stay absolutely excellent!

Superb

The apartment was lovely, very confortable with lots of great details, chocolates, cookies, drinks, coffee, tea, it was like being home... Loved the cats, wanted to bring them to our apartment :-) The staff were extremely nice and very helpfull. It was home away from home, would recommend to anybody, the view from the bedroom window is also wonderful. It was close to everything but in a very nice quiet place. Five Stars

The apartment was lovely just as described.. Very comfortable. Was on 4th floor so lots of stairs which we knew about but had forgotten how tiring it could be. But it was worth the climb. Very good situation for all attractions and was still quiet

Apartment with. a View.

Great location.with an excellent view of a canal. The apartment was roomy and with good natural light. The owners were friendly and ensured that we had a great time in Amsterdam. The cats were also very friendly.

The stairs were an effort each day.

Stay here!

Lovely clean basement studio with everything you need to be self sustainable and the yummy treats left in the fridge/cupboard was very much appreciated! They also have lovely friendly cats upstairs who are always keen for a stroke

Exceptional

Very friendly, important to like cats!. A good home from home base, giving an authentic experience of an Amsterdam house liked the self catering facilities, perfect for solo travelers. Very good location, easy access to public transport bars, restaurants cafe and everything Amsterdam has to offer. A quiet location by a canal and river. Very clean and comfortable.

Tobias was an amazing host. Firstly accommodating several date changes in and around covid with zero stress. I then wasn’t able to make it and a couple of friends when instead and came back absolutely raving about the accommodation and Tobias. They said he couldn’t have been more welcoming or more helpful and the accommodation beat all expectations!! Thank you again!

Trap built on lies.

They lie about the privacy you will have. They show in their advertising a private door for the room, when you arrive they say for the matter of security they will keep the door closed and you have to go trough a narrow stair with all your luggage, and use their door to enter the apartment. They have a lot of cats and everything smells like cat and cátodos. They complain about the cats entering your room, a boy that represent the owners, but they don’t fix the door of you room that open by itself. I think you should avoid this trap!!!!

Amazing.

It is a stunning apartment. we stayed in the attic and the views are amazing out of the windows. Comfortable and everything you need. Will definitely stay again when we venture back to Amsterdam.

Entrava luz pelas cortinas, por isso é difícil dormir até mais tarde. Light came in through the curtains, so it's hard to sleep late.
