Room has a great view of the city and water good options for food along the waterfront awesome breakfast as well close to the big wheel and also food places and shopping as well as movies etc...
I use my credit card to pay and due to needing after hours check in, I couldn't pay over the phone and they requested a bank transfer which doing so gets charged at a different rate to my credit card they would not let me call and give my number over the phone like everywhere else. I was not happy with that side of things i have stayed here plenty of times but unless they fix their issue I would think twice on staying unless I could get there in office hours which is hard as I'm 5 hours away.

It was alright, the view was good, the bed are comfily and the rooms had everything we needed. The lighting was great as well for us playing some card and broad games and Tv great for watching a movies.
One was that I couldn't get the dishwasher going, no matter what I tried It still couldn't figure out how to turn it on. If it was in the hotel manual than it was in the missing a page.
