Needs more work

I love the convenience of the hotel, and we can bring our dogs. It has been under construction for a while now, but still needs a lot of work

We found moldy oatmeal left in the microwave and candy wrappers in the drawer next to the bed. The heat didn't work and mirror light in the bathroom didn't work.

Decent. Fit our needs for the night.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Pretty foyer.

Room was very cold. Breakfast although grab and go was subpar.

Good with some disappointments.

The location is great. Clean bathroom! The balcony was nice addition.. Breakfast was just ok, we expected some warm food. Friendly staff.

The squeaky bead. Seriously squeaky! They advertise a hotel with a swimming pool. There is one under construction!

Prices are too high for quality of stay, location was great

Location is great

Obvious issues. Half the hotel is being remodeled, most floors are closed. Pool is totally under construction. One of the skylights in the pool is out and it rains inside. The air conditioning in the lobby is broken and was very very hot. Rooms were clean but you can tell mattresses are cheap. Dated decor, looks like late 90’s. Breakfast was sub par compared to most hotels but clean, arranged well.

Superb

We loved the location! For a weekend getaway without the kiddos it was perfect! If you want a less crowded area at the beach take 5 mins and drive to the side where the lighthouse is. Parking is cheaper and there are restrooms. No food or drinks so bring a cooler but we felt like we had the whole area to ourselves. It was the better view as well!

The only negative thing to say is the building is aging and rooms could use a little update. But to be expected and still worth the cost for location.

I’m very picky about hotel rooms. felt comfortable

the staff was awesome. it’s a hidden Gem. very clean! renovating which even makes it better. and close to everything

Over all stay was good with the renovations taking place. Great location!

The rooms were fresh within paint and the flooring was a good change from the usual carpet n the other hotels. Bathroom was well done with tiled shower.

Bathroom door should slide (on the outside of bathroom)instead of swinging into the bathroom. The rooms need some place to hang clothes. All pets designated to 1 floor. TV had scratches on it. Balcony door did not latch, only works with floor lock. Balcony accessible from next room.

Front Desk had no clue what he was doing over charged my card then wanted me to try to use another card calling my phone endlessly telling me I need to come back to the Front desk to pay because it didn't go through but showed on my bank account it did and tried to say he didn't charge anything when the hotels name was clearly attached to the bank statement and he had to manually type my card it due to their "system not working"

My husband and I always like staying at this hotel when we come to Silver Beach. It's a little outdated, but the bar facility is a lot of fun and it's really close to everything in town.
