Amazing stay at Basecamp!! Everything was perfect and game drives were such a magical experience. Our guide Bandi was very professional, experienced and friendly. The staffs were very friendly 😊

It was our second visit to Mara NP, but our first time sleeping within these grounds. Waking up with a river view and having zebras or hyenas or giraffes looking right across is mesmerising. The tent was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for three persons. Esmo was assigned to take care of us at meal times and he did a wonderful job. The meals were freshly prepared and very good. It was like a set menu and there was always a vegeterian option. The Masai also made us feel safe in the evening while escorting us.
I would have liked to be informed that we will have a different room than the one shown in the Booking.com photos. I believe it was not the same one because we added a third person after the booking was made.
The shower water pressure was quite weak.
The packed lunch system could have been better organised. We asked three different people and they told us that the guide had picked it up, which was not the case.

Location was nice but the once in a lifetime trip was ruined by unethical behavior of staff and unprofessional management. If I had my time again I would choose another company
Staff and management constantly wanting money for “extras”.
