Host Steve was amazing friendly, very attentative and approachable nothing was never a problem when asking him for items for the room.
Pool very clean, quiet and tranquil.
On the rocks Bar & Restaurant attached to the hotel was fabulous serving lovely cocktails delicious food and excellent friendly Team from Chefs to Bar Team
Will definitely be returning

The front desk Manager is a compassionate, empathetic, honest, humble human being. He went out of his way for us on many occasions because of something that occurred. This is not just exceptional service, but just unfounded in an industry of dog-eat-dog rush. The Manager is polite, honest and maintains a smile irregardless of the situation being faced with.
We were permitted to stay on premises until we got our situation corrected. The manager went above and beyond in his dealings with us. We thank you Sir. Your good deeds will be recognized by the Power that is. Thank you

Good location and price. Very engaged owner.
My wife wanted to put rating 1 to the hotel, but I don't think that this is the real situation. The rooms are outdated and need some refurbishment, but this is normal for 1 star hotel. The thing that bothered me the most was the air-conditioning blowing into my head when I slept. I tried dozens of different options but was still unpleasant. I think that the units of the air-conditioning have to be mounted on the wall in a different way, so they blow away from you or in your legs. It was also noisy at night because it is close to the main road to Rhodes town.
