Proximity to the beach and shore temple
Dinner closes at 10pm. Last order is at 9.30. There are no places outside where you can get food post 11pm. The property can have a basic menu available during late nights for snacking

the environment was cozy and close to nature, full of greenery, closely located to the main sights of mahabalipuram, The staff were helpful..,
The bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in, not enough toiletries, no liquid handwash, property was dated and outdoor area including balcony chairs were not at all clean, it could have been maintained more nicely, we ordered soup in dinner which was very less in quantity and not made properly, no salt and pepper provided in the room service, intercom was not working, didn't get any hot water in bathroom, there was no elevator in the hotel and showing that reason reception staff was trying to convince to take more pricey rooms downstairs which was not very professional

The pool was nice and refreshing in the exhaustingly hot weather.
There is good working AC that is life saving.
Staff was also nice and helpful
Rooms were not cleaned properly before arrival.
For the Wi-Fi you get a card with username+password but is only valid for 24h and we were not told that beforehand.
The sink in the bathroom was leaking and the drains would overflow when showering making it a sail challenge. Tried to tell the staff but they couldn't understand, only cleaned
