HayView is luxuriously appointed with all the modern conveniences. The stylish cottage, linked by a covered walkway, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & an intimate lounge area. Two bedrooms have queen beds and views whilst the smaller 3rd bedroom has 2 king single beds. There are two smart TVs, 2 DVDs, Blue Tooth radio, Phone charger outlet, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso Coffee Machine, dining area, double sided Jetmaster gas fireplace, reverse cycle air conditioning, barbecue, outdoor table and chairs on north facing terrace with view. You can curl up in front of the fire or sit on the sun drenched terrace and enjoy a panoramic outlook over the garden and valley extending as far as the eye can see. HayView offers tranquility and a sense of seclusion just 1.2kms from the cafes, boutiques and galleries of Leura Mall. Perfect for that quiet romantic getaway or for a weekend away with friends. We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely house perched near the top of the valley looking towards Mount Hay. Everything was thought of for a comfortable stay, including kitchenware, air con and a fireplace. We played a few rounds of Splendor and other games provided by the host, all the while watching the changing sky’s and the daily habits of the native bird life (not to mention a visiting kangaroo early one morning). A fabulous stay!

This is a beautiful, modern property with every home comfort you would need. The views are spectacular. The kitchen had everything. It was refreshing to go to a holiday place that actually had lots of crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. The heating worked well in the main living area. Lots of thoughtful touches like books, magazines, board games, DVDs, CDs etc. The house was also spotlessly clean. The owner Helen was delightful to deal with & provided lots of information about Leura before we arrived. Highly recommended if you are looking for a special place that is close to the hub of Leura while being a tranquil retreat with amazing vistas.
