Le studio est très bien décoré et aménagé( lave linge et lave vaisselle notamment. Même les serviettes pour la piscine sont prévues 👍).
Le jardin devant est super agréable ( nous y avons pris tous nos repas) .
Très belle piscine chauffée .
Il est idéalement placé pour visiter tte l’ile .
L’environnement est très calme mais avec un supermarché accessible en 5mn en voiture.
L’accueil avec une bouteille de vin, des gâteaux apéritifs ainsi que le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner est très appréciable surtout en cas d’arrivée tardive ! C’est une très délicate attention .
La vaisselle est insuffisante notamment au niveau des couverts .
La piscine n’est pas accessible directement depuis le studio mais située 50m plus bas dans une autre maison ce qui n’est pas clairement décrit dans l’annonce .
La climatisation est pilotée par les propriétaires ce qui peut surprendre au début .

Rustig gelegen
Het was wat koud op Lanzarote en in het huisje maar dat werd opgelost met een elektrische kachel. Weinig ruimte in de keuken voor de boodschappen. Wat schimmelvorming in de badkamer vanwege vochtigheid. Zou worden opgelost bij de volgende schoonmaak.
