Location
Bedroom window damaged so either closed (hot!) or open (noisy!).
Door to balcony did not close.
Door handle to outer entry door fell off.

Il punto di forza di questo appartamento è senza dubbio la posizione. Praticamente in piazza de la merced, a 3 minuti a piedi dall'Alcazaba comodo per muoversi ovunque perché tutto Il centro di Malaga va visitato a piedi.
Mancanza di zanzariere e di tende alle finestre. Quindi obbligatorio tenere le tapparelle abbassate. E poi solo quella che può essere un'accortezza tipo una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo da trovare all'arrivo.

Zentrale Lage, hatten die Wohnung auf den Innenhof ausgerichtet, daher sehr ruhig, leider hatten wir keinen Balkon, die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, ideal für zwei Paare, da getrennte Zimmer und Bad, in jedem Zimmer ist ein Fernseher vorhanden, die Küche und Wohnzimmer sind funktional eingerichtet
Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut, surrt extrem stark. Sie kühlt nur ganz wenig!!! In der Küche/Wohnzimmer fühlt man den Luftstrom am besten, in den Zimmern überhaupt nicht!!! Im Vorzimmer zu den Wohnungen ist die Kühlung am Besten. Das einzige das sich am Display der Klimaanlage verstellen lässt, ist die Luftmenge, alles andere war ausgeschaltet. Die Klimaanlage muss dringend überholt werden!! Wir mussten bei offenem Fenster schlafen, um überhaupt ein bisschen Kühlung zu erhalten. Im ganzen Haus ist ein übler Modergeruch vorhanden, der bis in die Wohnung riechbar ist.
