Absolutely everything, staff were so friendly and accommodating to my autistic daughter. Beach and pool was lovely, drinks were great. Food was nice, not much entertainment during day but I just wanted to lounge so wasn’t a problem. Honestly all the staff made the holiday the best

I had a truly delightful stay at Sunrise Remal Resort. The hotel is exceptionally clean, cosy, and perfectly comfortable for a relaxing holiday. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the Reception Manager, Mr Mohamed Abd El Salam, and the reception team, who handled every request swiftly and without delay, always with courtesy and excellent organisation. The food was varied and enjoyable, with different themed dishes offered each evening, ensuring every dinner felt fresh and exciting. The restaurant staff were consistently polite and attentive, and I would especially like to thank Mr Mohamed Nashat, whose warm welcome and eagerness to serve made every meal a pleasure. Room service was impeccable, with everything carried out to the highest standard. My sincere thanks also go to Mr Nader Elsaid, who did a wonderful job and ensured everything was perfect. I am grateful as well to Ahmed El Awady for the training sessions in the gym, which were conducted in a highly comfortable and motivating atmosphere. Another highlight of my holiday was the coral reef at the hotel’s beach, which is simply incredible. The vibrant marine life and colourful corals made every snorkelling trip unforgettable. And of course, a special mention goes to Animator Pablo, who was always in his element, energising the crowd and keeping the atmosphere lively and cheerful for all the guests. I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a wonderful holiday experience.

Clean, quiet room with nice balcony. Comfortable beds . Good selection of food at breakfast and dinner. Bar at the beach with lovely iced-coffee. Reef just outside the beach, easy access .

The ala carte restaurants needs to be booked ahead and not open all days . Staff at lunchrestaurant at the beach rude and rom for improvement at communication. Would have loved a sofa or some large bean-bags at the balcony instead of regular chairs. Busy in the diningarea and tables not clean. Had to search for fork and knife almost every meal. Would love to see more women working at the hotel ( now only in entertainment team)
