The hotel and its surroundings are a kids paradise. Thanks to Pepi Club and Punta Pool park there are a lots of fun things to do all day. Buffet breakfasts and dinners offer a changing variety of delicious food.
Our room was always perfectly clean thanks to Ana!
Overall the hotel management feels well organized - after a huge storm damages were repaired almost immediately.
The AC system does not work properly so our room temperature never went below 26C. There was some visible mold inside the ventillation system. We did not have hot water during the nights which made feeding our baby very uncomfortable.

Mostly Everything was great except a couple of things…
The staff were super friendly (even when my youngest accidentally broke the decor from the table)
One night for dinner it was soo full (our last night) we got sent back to the lobby to wait (they said about 30mins) BUT they came back to get us within 5mins that they had a table ready for us.
The games/playrooms were closed ( apparently they are only open till the end of September).
The loo in the room didn’t flush well.
Other than that all good.

Free room upgrade thanks to my Genius level... Wide variety of food offered and free drinks with dinner.
Be aware you will not get what you were offered. We reserved our stay at this hotel because we came with kids and there was plenty of children stuff advertised, including an outside mini aquapark and a playground. However, everything was closed despite the very warm and sunny weather (almost 30C). Also hotel canceled all inside children amenities (second half of September). Also, when you advertise a wellness, guest expects to use it everyday, not that you have to reserve it and maybe get the appointment in 2-3 days and maybe not at all. Restaurant offers a really reach pallet of food of all sorts but nothing is especially tasty. Also there is a complete chaos around serving tables and you have to fight to get the place to sit because in compare to number of people there are very few tables where you can settle. You will likely feel you are in some factory canteen rather than a hotel restaurant. Free drinks (wine and beer) is a plus. Rooms are ok, but you can see a signs of heavy abuse during the summer days.
