Location, food was good
I booked these suites because they seemed perfect for a stroller—easy access for heading out and about—but we were assigned an upper floor. This meant my husband had to carry the stroller and all our gear up and down four times a day. When we asked at reception for a ground-floor room, we were told everything was fully booked. I highly doubt this, as most guests were staying in the main hotel building rather than these suites, and at first glance, almost all of them appeared empty. A ground-floor room would have made our stay so much easier, but our request was denied.
I also booked because the photos showed play areas for my three-year-old son, but these were nowhere to be found. Apparently, they are only open during the high season—or, as they suggested, we could go to another hotel 3 km away to play! Ha!
The food was good, but we always had to wait in line, and the dining area was constantly packed.
I also asked if there was a children’s pool; the answer was no—there is only one large pool, and it’s for adults only.
In my opinion, this hotel is better suited for adults and isn't as family-friendly as the photos suggest.

Really good location, everything was near. The staff is very kind and helpful. It is a great choice for a family. Many amazing places to visit, great restaurants and bars around.
The floor of the apartment was incredibly dirty. The breakfast and the dinner were quite boring after two days - though the quality was great. The amount of people eating there however made everything uncomfortable, it was hectic, we decided to eat out more.
