Great food and having a lift made accessing the room so much easier for those with mobility issues. Being surrounded by vines and mountains was lovely and peaceful. The old buildings were wonderful to see when you drove to the hotel and then to see when sitting on the terrace.

Comfortable room and bed; fantastic breakfast and a nice terrace with view of the vineyards and the Vogese mountains. Good wine selection, really helpful staff. This was my second stay here (the first one was part of an organized bike tour)

Nice restaurant with good food options, convenient location and a good view over the vineyard once we were given a different room. Some mould in the bathroom silicon but a very nice warm shower made up for it.
The wifi wasn't working in our room and when asked about it no one was able to help either. The passwords to the different WiFi options were not known to the reception staff.

Restaurant was great (best tarte flambée we had during our trip to Alsace). Large and clean room and comfy bed.
Renovation works during our stay, practically allowing for very limited to no common areas at all except the restaurant. Especially the outdoor area was difficult to access and enjoy. Building looked a bit 'tired'. Poor wi-fi. Not much going on at Andlau, having a car essential. Breakfast overpriced for available options.
