A great hotel to stay at to explore the Royal Palace and spend time in the lively small city of Caserta. Comfy beds, our room was large and clean, staff are GREAT. The location is quick walking distance to the Palace as well as the main street for groceries and good restaurants. The quiet in the heat of the day did not prepare us for the bustling piazza after dark!

The location was perfect for access to the royal palace and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The breakfast had a wide variety of options with something for everyone.

Staff was very responsive to my requests and spoke English.
The room wasn't even a close match for the pictures on the website. Also, the hotel website is a little misleading in that they show a lot of pictures of the local palace which can be taken for pictures of the hotel. The hotel room was very run down and the drain in the shower was clogged. They came to fix it right away though.
