A beautiful hotel a good 15 minute walk to the main restaurants turn left at the bottom of the road and keep walking straight across the train track to get to the nice part. Breakfast included though not much choice and service very slow asking for milk for cereals taking 10 minutes and only us in the restaurant.

Everything was very nice, good staff, good breakfast, super clean.
I just missed that the pool facilities were yet not open for use. It seems they open in july, but June is already super hot.

It was very central and easy to walk to the Reggia. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the restaurant was.

Location was close to train station and was convenient, but, not in a particularly nice part of the town. Staff were helpful and assisted with issues when spoken to. Nice breakfast, and pizzas in the restaurant were good. Outside area was lovely and tranquil but mostly used for events so could not sit outside at any time.
Hep with the luggage up the entrance stairs when we arrived would have been appreciated for this type of hotel. Welcome always sets the tone and this hotel didn't do well unfortunately. Patio area was terrible with mold all over the walls and no view just the walls. Kitchen facilities were not practicle.
