Lo mejor del alojamiento la Gobernanta Carmela, una persona encantadora y servicial atenta en todo momento.
Es una pena el mal estado de las instalaciones, podría ser un alojamiento en el centro de tropea con mucho encanto, justo delante del Duomo, con techos abuhardillados y en un edificio antiguo de una calle empedrada, pero realmente el
mobiliario y electrodomésticos estaban en muy mal estado. Lo único que lo mejora es la presencia de Carmela.

Elegante palazzo storico e posizione ottima...purtroppo le cose positive finiscono qui!
Andrebbe a nostro avviso specificato nella descrizione generale che la struttura si trova in ZTL e che ci sono 4 piani da fare a piedi data l'importanza logistica di queste informazioni. Manutenzione generale della stanza scarsa con moltissimi dettagli negativi (finestra rotta, condizionatore che perdeva acqua, telecomando AC rotto e altro). Colazione sciatta, i cornetti congelati erano la cosa più commestibile. Riconosco che il prezzo pagato è stato basso ma la gestione dovrebbe dedicare più cura a questo bellissimo palazzo storico con un'enorme potenzialità.
