Enjoy the ultimate beachfront getaway in this charming 1st-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with stunning, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean—no high dunes blocking your view! Step right out onto the beach and feel the sand between your toes.
This spacious unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, featuring a king bed in the primary bedroom, two double beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom includes a Roku streaming TV, as does the living room—please note, these TVs are streaming-only. A new set of windows and patio door have been installed in Fall 2025.
Enjoy free WiFi, a private oceanfront patio, and all the comforts of home. The Amelia South complex also offers a large oceanfront pool and parking for two vehicles.
Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) may be available in June and July—please call our office for details.

Please be aware that construction is currently scheduled to take place November 6 through February 5, subject to possible delays or schedule changes. Work will primarily affect the south side of the building, including units A–G, the south elevator, and stairwell. Guests staying in north-side units H–N may also experience construction-related noise, including jackhammering and other loud activity. Rental rates during this period have already been adjusted to reflect the potential construction impact. Because this consideration is included in the advertised rate, no additional discounts, refunds, or cancellations related to construction activity or noise will be offered after booking. I have stayed just about everywhere in Amelia island and this, by far, was our favorite. I have 3 boys ages 4,8, and 11 so the convenience of being on the ground, literally right next to the pool which leads directly to the beach. Even a wooden path to make things like beach carts soooo much easier. Parking was super easy and location is close to everything! Will most definitely rent again! Thanks so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful little beach paradise ☺️Only complaint was the second bedroom tv wouldn’t work but as soon as my kids figured out the sofa had a pull out, they were able to watch the living room TV instead so it wasn’t an issue for us just thought you’d like to know.

The condo is in a great location…… A few miles from quaint downtown Fernandina Beach. However the condo could use a better cleaning service. I had to clean the coffee maker before using it as it had debris in the water reservoir. The dishwasher (must be original) did not drain water and therefore we had to hand wash dishes.
We never received our email notification for access to the condo and I had to call and wait for instructions from the company managing the vrbo. Once I received instructions and arrived onsite to pick up the packet from the office the staff once again was confused with what was in my packet and gave me a code that was not needed for our unit. Clarifying the check-in process should be an easy fix.
