The master suite features a king-size bed, 42" widescreen TV, and direct balcony access through sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom offers two full beds, perfect for families or small groups. Three smart TVs with streaming capabilities are available throughout the condo for easy indoor entertainment.

Work will primarily affect the north side of the building, including units H–N, the north elevator, and stairwell. Guests staying in south-side units A–G may also experience construction-related noise, including jackhammering and other loud activity. Rental rates during this period have already been adjusted to reflect the potential construction impact. Because this consideration is included in the advertised rate, no additional discounts, refunds, or cancellations related to construction activity or noise will be offered after booking. We encourage guests to consider the possibility of construction noise when making their reservation and to book only if they are comfortable with these conditions.

Love the area, suitable enough. No beach towels, chairs or umbrella, had to buy/rent. Could use some updating for the price. Easy access to beach and the pool was perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun.
