Really good location, close to the ski slope. Nice rooms, comfortable, perhaps a bit basic, but good.
We had some trouble witht the TV, also one lamp not working.

Very unpleasant and unhelpful staff. No one even greets you during breakfast. Dirt in the room as well as in the restaurant. Dinners do not match the level of 4* hotel - small selection, bad tasting food. High prices of wine of very bad quality. No furniture on the balcony. Terrible smell of the waste in the bathroom.
